Terms and Conditions – Non-Eligible Rates and Spend
The following are not eligible for earning Airpoints:
- Inter-company or employee discount rates.
- Zero rates as a result of frequent traveler rewards.
- Complimentary, free, or barter bookings.
- Gift Certificates or other awards or discounts.
- Wholesale, package, tour operator, meetings, events, conference rates.
- Group rates (for bookings of 10 rooms or more).
- Travel industry staff rates.
- Long stay rates.
- Bookings or other revenue booked via Third Party Channels (Online Travel Agents).
- The bookings coming through any channels that involve a commission to be paid.
- Any spend on Food & Beverage or other services consumption which is discounted or on promotion.
- A spend on a 3rd party managed outlet.
- A spend on Airport transfer by 3rd party.
- A spend on Laundry and dry-cleaning services by 3rd party.
- Any other services provided by 3rd party associated with an SBI hotel will not be part of the total spending.
